I've saved so much money!
I have saved so much money using this app! I can't tell you how much time this app has saved me. I used to search the common apps looking for coupon codes when making purchases (especially larger purchses), half of which never work. So frustrating! Other times, I simply wouldn't bother looking for coupon codes knowing that they simply don't work. This app does all the work for me and it's been awesome, even finding better coupon codes than I had on my own. Thank you, Capital One, for offering this product!
Fraudulent Misrepresented and Trash
I wasted 5 minutes clicking on this app's site looking for working coupon codes - the site said there were some - when one of the links said I needed to download this extension for the most current codes. Mind you I didn't realize at the time I was on the CapOne shop site that there was an app. I downloaded the extension, and unknown to me, another CapOne app was installed with it. Of course there were no coupon codes for very site I was trying to obtain one for - the very reason I was on the CapOne website and downloaded this extension. And the app interfered with the site's data entry and wouldn't let me fill in some of the fields.
Summary: Website lied about availability of codes to get me download the extension. CapOne didn't tell me that there was an additional app installation involved. And then the discount codes weren't available. It got deleted immediately - it was during extension deletion that I discovered it had a piggybacking app. Just awful
Good App, but kills computer/phone battery
I installed this app awhile back and found it quite useful for getting good deals on a lot of different items. But after a bit, I started wondering why both my laptop and my phone battery were draining so fast. After looking into it, this app proved to be the culprit. Somehow the way it runs in the background (searching for deals) just kills the battery. I deleted this app and boom my battery life is back to the way it's meant to be. This is a shame because otherwise it is a good app. If the developers ever produce an update that fixes this issue, i'll go back to it, but the ability to use my devices without having to always be plugged in was more important than the intermittent deals
