The closest thing to a coach

This app has me faithfully engaged in my eating like nothing ever has before. Designed around the NYT bestseller The Wild Diet, it lets you pick your priorities and keeps you engaged through the challenges. It's complete with shopping lists and recipes. It also helps you track your sleep, water intake and overall condition. And you can synch it to a couple different fitness devices. Plus the little messages throughout the day really help.

Helpful Tool for Tracking Healthy Habits

It’s kind of like an alternative to the classic FitBit or Apple Health dashboards. What sets this app apart from the rest, is its unique personality. Let’s just say, if you like the Wild Diet, you’ll love the Wild Challenge. It’s got it all - delicious recipes, habit tracking tools, community support, personalized goals, and helpful reminders to move and meditate. Spoiler Alert: you’re going to eat Avocado Deviled Eggs, Paleo Pancakes, and even Chia Pudding while moving towards a healthier life. Enjoy!

Excitingly easy

This app is simple to navigate and has the information simply laid out for living the paleo way-in a practical sense! I never knew being healthy could include so many of my favorite foods, and fun movements instead of carb counting, scale standing, and endless cardio. Thanks team for the inspiration, and support of this new app! Excited to have another resource at my fingertips.
