Unstable & Undermaintained

The last update to this app was TWO years ago! I’ve been on a tech support list of some kind for about a month now. I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall the app several times, and I’ve wasted precious time on the phone with WCU with no resolution. I have an iPhone X. Contrary to what I keep being told, it’s not my device. If it’s not updated soon, I’m seeking a new institution for banking!

Simply doesn’t work anymore

This app has gotten to the point where it just doesn’t work anymore. At all. I can’t use any features. Can’t transfer money from one place to another. This along with poor customer service from the credit union itself has me rethinking even having an account with them. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. You’re better off just using your web browsers through your phone.

Hello RustyS1900, we are deeply sorry to hear about your frustrations with our app and customer service you have experienced thus far. Our IT team has found that the problem may be if you has Wi-Fi Assist enabled on your iPhone to automatically use cellular data when Wi-Fi connectivity is poor, it causes issues. When the device is switching between Wi-Fi and cellular, it drops the connection. Your comments mean a great deal to us though and we will be using them to better our app and member experience. Also, we will be making updates to the app that will be available sometime next year.

I’ve been a wildfire member for years, and the app seems to get worse as time goes on. It’s incredibly slow and glitchy. It has started to kick me out while trying to transfer funds, and mobile deposits fail all the time.
