My name is Chelsea and I’m the owner of Willow Boutique! I started as a full time nurse in the NICU in Cincinnati OH and just recently went down to part time nursing to more focus on this amazing business of mine!
I have a weenie doggy named Willie and I live in downtown Cincinnati.

A little secret: You know new arrival drops? The app gets them first!!
This app is so easy to navigate through!! If you need to quickly find something, there are separate tabs and even a search bar tool. There’s a rewards program too that adds up quickly to get money off orders!
The owners and team are amazing and have great customer service! Say you ever have to return something? It’s a piece of cake!! The day this app came out, I’ve been using it and everybody will have great things to say about this boutique which a positive, confident boost experience. Come join in on the Willow warrior fun and all the exciting lives!

I found Willow back in June of 2023. Since then, I have placed over 40 orders between the app & TikTok. To start, the clothing… the best quality for ANY body style. My bestfriend and I are opposites when it comes to our curves, she loves the clothing JUST as much as I do. I got my first pair for Fiona’s. THE pink Fiona’s. I now have 13 pairs (I think??). Now, the customer service... they have the QUICKEST shipping and response times. I know if I have an issue with an order, I can shoot them an email and 10 time out of 10 it will be solved. This boutique is a community and I absolutely LOVE each person who works there. I highly recommend hopping on a live with us in the near future! ❤️

If I could give them a 10 I would because that’s exactly what this place is. I found them on TikTok. I was so hesitant to order from somewhere online because you never know how it is going to come out but ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The owner is just as amazing as the clothes. I accidentally put the wrong address when ordering and I emailed to see if I could get it fixed and within 10 minutes she had the issue fixed. Definitely can’t wait to order more for my birthday next month.
