New Update is Aggravating

I thought the older version of the app was fine. I enjoyed the new Face ID feature. However, once I get out of that initial login screen, the entire app turns blank white. Yes, I have turned my phone on and off and it still does it even when I have service. It’s really inconvenient because I cannot check my balance as often as I’d like. I hope that this issue can get fixed.

No touch ID sign in.

Its year 2020 and we still can’t sign in using Touch ID. Steve Job would have killed himself if he know the things this developer is allowed to do. Also whats the deal with changing password every 2 months? I work at company where we have State Secrets and even they dont make us do that. Mind you I could go to prison if some one gain access to my work account.

Also it is not our process to require you to reset your password every two months unless you forget it and have to reset it.
