Helps with “failure bias”
I learned that our brains are wired to remember and focus on our failures, so I decided to see if an app exists to help to track wins too and this little app is perfect for that! Just started using it but I already notice I’m more aware of the little wins through my day instead of just my mistakes.
I wish we could edit the wins after adding them though.
So far very fun and easy to use
Just started using the app and so far it’s very easy to use and keep track of things to be grateful for!
