The WITF App allows you to watch and listen to all of the WITF and live and On Demand content!

The app provides On-Demand content of all your favorite TV and radio shows, live streaming WITF radio and WITF PBS, and easy access to the live Radio and TV program schedules plus the ability to explore additional content!

Live Streaming
• DVR-like controls (pause, rewind, and fast forward). You can pause the live stream to have a conversation and pick up right where you left off. Or rewind to catch a comment you just missed.
• Listen to live streams from WITF even while traveling.
• Integrated program schedules for WITF Radio and WITF PBS content.
• Listen to WITF in the background while browsing the web or catching up on your emails.

On Demand
• Access WITF programs easily and quickly.

Alarm clock feature is good, but could be great

This app works well. The alarm clock feature is very useful from me because the radio signal is weak where I live and so a convention alarm clock radio often only plays static rather than the actual program. I use an old phone connected via Wi-Fi, so it is dedicated to be used only for this purpose.

But the alarm has to be set every night. It would be much better if the alarm could be set once and go off every morning. I don’t know if that is an IOS limitation or if the app feature could be modified to accomplish that.

Love WITF/NPR

The new App has been working great for months, up until recently. It keeps cutting out for no reason. I have to close the App and reopen, it's frustrating bc I end up missing large chucks of the news. I think there may be a bug or issues pushing out the signal.

Functional and reliable

I use the app most of the time, except when driving. When I’m traveling, I can always get local news.
Only small issue: on the iPhone it cuts out every few minutes for a few seconds, then picks up again.
Maybe it’s caused by a problem with our WiFi or the phone… ?
