WitStick 4+

Would have given “no stars” but unfortunately I had to choose at least 1 Star!! Have my iWitstick for months now and was able to use the iStick with this WitStick app one (1) time...Yes 1 time only successful!! Contacted support in writing and it took a very long time to receive a reply.
Customer service is HORRIFIC!!! They gave me “work” to do such as deleting this app and reinstalling, various things with the actual iStick to no avail. Then I received another reply asking me “what’s wrong!!!”
Do they not read the first customer contact/email? Then over the holidays I revived an email that I need to download files but only gave me a specific timeframe!! Since I try not to check my email over the holidays; I was no longer able to download the files and had to contact them again!!!! Still have not heard from them!!!
I have NEVER put so much time, work, attention, and almost begging for company support for a brand new product I bought to make “my life a little easier”!!
Again, app horrible, the actual iStick horrible, and customer support horrible!!!
Have NEVER written a bad review like this because I understand that things sometimes do not work like they suppose to but this experience is beyond ridiculous!!!

I’ve had this WitStick for awhile now and use it about once a month to transfer photos between my iPhone 7+ and my new PC with Windows 10. I tried it yesterday and I am now having the same problem that others are talking about. My iPhone 7+ does not recognize the data on the WitStick and will not interface with the iPhone. It still works with my PC. So obviously something has happened with the updates. Why isn’t WitStick updating their software and give us an update that solves this issue??? Meanwhile we are hearing nothing from the WitStick people.

I had this for years not my first disappointment I lost 2 thousand photos because of this app from New York City I thought all my photos where safety stored but when I checked and started taking notes on how many photos I had I realized it was always missing 1 thousand at least I tried looking through all photos but that takes forever trying to delete anything you have and keep what you don’t have very unsure about if I can trust this anymore
