This is horrifying
I bought this cam with what little money I had to try and protect my family from an abuser who seems to just always get away with things my elderly parents have given him just about everything they own and now can’t afford to pay for medical bills or further care but are convinced I’m the one stealing from them because this guy tells them as much meanwhile he’s literally the only person who has access to there money and valuables I don’t live there but I’m planning a trip to stay with them and I know that he gets hammered and abuses them but they are senile and I needed proof of his atrocities so I spent the little money I had left on this cam because of its good reviews but because of its horrible app I can’t even use this piece of junk and you should not be selling safety and security to people if you can’t even keep your app working this is ridiculous it should be plug and play I’ve been trying to get the app to recognize the cam for 8 freaking hours now troubleshooting and that’s disgusting fix this and send people like me that you have dupped a full refund and a easy working app this is false advertising and you do not have a finished product so you cannot sell it! This is ridiculous ! Do not buy anything from this company
Shame on you
Why isn’t my review displayed? Did you delete? Do you not want others to see any negative feedback? Is it because I was being very critical, yet truthful (unlike the creators of this app) and I was exposing the fraudulent practices that this app seems to engage in targeting the unsuspecting users?
If I could take away some of your stars rather then being forced to give 1 star, at the very least, just to leave this comment I would appreciate the one fair act one can perform via the app store but no, it cannot be a level playing field whatsoever between creators of apps and their users, not on here anyway and that’s just a great shame.
iOS problems
I had been in touch with the people at WIWA and had told them about the app crashing. They said they new and had another update ready to roll out. Here I am months later with the same issues. I can’t even use the 3 cameras I got from them. Absolute garbage and customer service just makes empty promises in order to sell more cameras that you can’t even use. Absolute trash and waste of money
