Love this easy to understand app making AI less scary and more accessible!

This AI app is the first app I’ve come across that’s simply easy to understand, navigate and use! First time I can say I actually enjoyed using an AI app to make art. You can use just about all of the options for free, or you can subscribe weekly for less than the cost of a coffee and get access to 3 more advanced intuitive options for your art. But you aren’t greatly hindered if you can’t afford it which is absolutely awesome of the devs to do! And regardless of if you’re using the free version or paid as soon as your art is finished rendering there is a button right below your new artwork to download it to your device. No strings attached!! (I’m looking at you- every other app out there, who makes you watch an ad all the way through between every page and before you can ever even think to download anything) great job guys!

Not worth it

I liked this app at first and used it everyday for work related graphics. It really provided great results that would give me a foundation to start from, saving hours of work. However, every single time they update the app my account would lock me out with a glitch trying to get me to pay again for a new account. It would take an email to support, a follow up email, and some random Hail Marys before the app would get rolling again. This lost me SO MUCH momentum as I was really depending on it for work. This last case, I was locked out OVER A MONTH- back and forth emailing support, with days in between and sometimes a week before they’d respond… Many many many follow up emails asking them to please-for- the-love-of-god respond… and then somehow they couldn’t find my account. I managed to FINALLY get back in through providing proof of payment. Now that I’m asking for a refund for all this lost time, again it’s crickets on the support email. It’s really just a frustrating company to have to deal with if things aren’t going perfectly. So again, is the app quality good- yes. I really like the artwork. Is this company great at customer service? Eh I’d give them 2/10. Worth it in the end? No, unfortunately I’d suggest trying to find a more customer focused app that will get you back in action in days, not over a month with zero apologies or offering to make things right.
