The app was working perfectly fine for 2-3 months & I was loving it so I paid for the top subscription for 3 months & then all of a sudden it stopped showing local profiles & started showing only Ai profiles instead no matter where I switch my location to. I never got any restrictions & the app says my status is “all good”, & I’m still paying the subscription 2 months for nothing. So is this a system glitch? Can you guys please fix this problem?

I absolutely adore Wizz and all its people. I have been using it for litterly years and then one day I get logged out. I try to log back in but I need a verification id. I submit my drivers license and it just processes. Repeadly , it keeps trying to process over and over again and none of them are fully going through. I love Wizz, but now I can’t use it. It was honestly the best app I’ve ever had but the system is really distracting me as I attempt to use it again. I can’t log in help me😞

I have a special connection to this app cause it’s where I found my boyfriend of now 3+ years, but even though I sometimes use it for friends and connections, I realize that by the years they’ve gotten incredibly greedy. Before you could just watch an ad to unlock secret chats, now you have to rack up coins, and worst of all, most of the chats you’re actually sent are locked so you HAVE to either wait or pay to see them. Before it was actually about connections, now it’s just about the money.

The stickers like FaceTime, Roblox, lqbtq, etc. do not work when on ur own or another page. As in where u scroll only on that stickers community. Idk if its smth you guys took out all together but if it is a bug hopefully it gets fixed soon bc i do honestly prefer scrolling on those than the main swiping page lolol and honestly just the old setup of the app was way easier to use and seems most of the recent reviews agree lol sometimes more isn’t better

The app itself isn’t bad. The only issue being the blocking tool. After blocking somebody I’ve noticed they will still be able to send a text again or pop up on your feed when you go to look at people you can text. I’m not sure if this is a bug or glitch but this is something that needs to be either looked into and checked or fixed. Other apps that allow you to block people don’t have this issue.

Like the other review I saw I’m only rating it high for it to be visible but i literally got banned for no reason and not even that they didn’t even tell me what i was banned for first they said i couldn’t update my like pictures or anything for 20 hours!? Then when i logged out and logged back in it said I was banned with no explanation and I saw someone say they don’t respond to appeals but they better respond to mine because if not bro ima be so irritated cause this is so stupid.

I'd love to see a feature added to Wizz that allows users to select specific races or ethnicities they'd prefer to connect with. As a Black female, I often find myself endlessly swiping without encountering many Black men, which makes it harder to find someone who aligns with my preferences. Having a filter or selection option would make the experience much more efficient and enjoyable, helping users find their 'type' more easily.

While the app does what it needs to do overall, you can and will be banned for nothing. After I stopped using the app for a bit, I tried going back on but I was unable to. In the end, it took me verifying my age with my passport 3 times before it finally told me I was banned. I don’t post inappropriate pictures and I don’t send inappropriate messages, so there is no reason for me to be banned. Mind you, this is a common issue that still has not been fixed.

I really like this app I found friends people with the same interests in me some of the updates be working fine the only thing I want them to add is more sports cause I do wrestling and want them to add that and add back story’s cause that was the easiest way for me to see who’s up and just but sometimes it be lagging when I go to reply to people but besides that give it a try I would mostly definitely recommend this app to kids and this new update with music crush is fantastic

the app is amazing i’ve meet TOO MANY PEOPLE on this app and i love it a lot but i think you need to take out the secrete chats why do we have to pay just to have a conversation with someone i get that yall have revenue yall need to have but at the same time ive had 72 requests and i can’t answer none simply bc of secret chats that i have to pay a dollar for i dont think it’s fair that people have to pay to meet new friends
