Record your lifts
Set timer to start recording (so you don't need to trim your video afterwards)
Play your own music during your workout
Choose the video quality
Enable/disable audio recording
Watch your recorded lift controlling how fast you want it to be played
While watching your lift, see video's frames on the progress bar so you can easily go to a specific point of the lift
Add details to your lift (name/type, weight and comments) before you share it on Facebook
