WoofyClub 4+

Woofyclub is a great boarding idea that meant to be an alternative to traditional pet sitting or hotel services. I hate leaving my fur babies for vacation and always worried how they’re treated without me. It’s quite stressful to find a good pet hotel (is there any really?) or seasonable pet sitter who will treat your doggies as the family. And the cost of such service is skyrocketing. People forgot about old good times when we used to exchange the favors, on opposite to monetized relationships. When you find another family who treats their four paws baby the same way as you do, when you see they can provide care adequate you your expectations and you can pay them back the same way - what could be better? In my childhood neighborhood people used to babysit each other kids - there is no difference with dogs really. The only problem is to find a good match because people may not get along together, dogs may not like each other for any reason (they have their own preferences, like we do), or the location could be far away from active community participants so you have to plan ahead and have enough time to try different options and schedule playdates first.

We have been looking for this and there it was! We are so grateful this app exists, is easy to use, works perfectly and allowed us to do exactly what we needed it to do!

This app was recommended to me so I don’t understand why I’m having so much trouble with it. I see that the latest version claims to have fixed the problem with the keyboard covering text boxes you’re trying to type into, but this has not been fixed in my version. I just downloaded it 15 minutes ago! Also I cannot save any edits to my profile; it just spins when I hit Save. The list view for searching for dog owners is useless; there doesn’t seem to be any automatic sort by distance or anything that makes sense. I filtered by my city but there are hundreds of results that don’t seem to be listed in any order. I didn’t find using the map to be any more helpful because the pin location is different from the location shown when you view the person’s profile. My own location on the map says that I am located a half mile away from where I’m actually located. Please email me when these issues are fixed; until then I cannot suffer through another app with horrible UX.

Hi BTCreations! sorry for the trouble you're having. I'm surprised you're having issues with the keyboard covering the text boxes as that bug has since been resolved. Would you be able to email me at ios@woofyclub.com with a screenshot of the screen you experienced this on?

As for the filters, we are improving that shortly to provide more sorting options. Your location is actually intentionally obfuscated to protect user addresses. All locations are approximate and users are located within a 0.2m radius.

We will be updating the app shortly and hope you'll be able to give it another try.
