Can not connect to earbuds

Even though my earbuds are connected to my phone this app doesn’t see my earbuds. After loading the coupon money to use the translation it still will not work. I have to download wooask app. But now my coupon doesn’t work.

Does not work

Don’t use barcode, it takes you to wrong app. Customer service is so over complaints.
