This is one of the few apps that require wifi. This automatically limits when and where you can use the app. Please make it nonwifi so that it is kid friendly; not all people in this world are rich enough to have wifi available everywhere/anytime they want.
Maze gets jumbled
I teach k-5. I tried this out on my iphone to possibly use with my tutoring group after school. Seems like it could be useful but I found the maze (word search) to be more rigorous than the other games. And there is a glitch in the maze game every time I tried it - as it was subtracting letters, the remaining letters would not stay in place and would overlap onto the upper letters.
Otherwise, visually appealing and the other games work great - but 3 stars because of the word maze glitch.
Why does it need an internet connection ?
I am the tech coach in an elementary school, we have over 30 ipods, thought this app would be ideal for the students.
It would be fabulous if it didn't need an internet connection. Since we have an old building and poor WiFi, and also for the security of the students the WiFi on the iPods is turned OFF.
Sadly we cannot use this app, I have it on my own iPod and it is great, I also have the 6-8 and SAT versions. Just unable to use them in the school - which is a shame....
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
