Good app, does many things that Kello does, the issue however is you basically have to design your own workouts. The templates included are limited (I thought I’d get more when I purchased the in-app premium but I didn’t) and it doesn’t automatically adjust the number of reps to your fitness level like other apps. If I could easily change the number of reps (say after a workout it would ask was that easy, perfect, or difficult and then slightly bump up or down the number of reps based on my response), I’d spend more time creating my our fitness plan. But, it doesn’t :/ It would be even better if it allowed folks to share their fitness plan and then allow the community to upvote or downvote the plans.
