Apps good but....
The app works good. Easy for the whole team to use. The problem is trying to get a hold of anyone there to make account changes. They take a very long time to get back to you and when they do the changes end up wrong. Then another week or 2 goes by before getting a response from them. You'd think paying for their service would mean they want to respond and keep your business. Currently looking for something to replace Workbase.
Constant bugs, not able to reach to cancel
I purchased Work base starting in September of 2017. This was the worst purchase I have ever made. Constant bugs, my employees were not seeing chats, no notifications even though it was supposed to be there and many more problems. I have been trying to cancel it for several months now and it is impossible! They will not cancel it. There is no phone number to contact them. By email they just sent me a link to cancel my subscription through my iPhone. I didn’t purchase through my appleID. I did it on there website. If I log onto my profile online there is NO way to cancel. I can only make a new hub or change my info. This is ridiculous. I have paid $85 for months now for a program I cannot use. I did realize if I remove my employees from my hub it would reduce it to $29 so I have paid that for 2 months. I am so unhappy and do not like to leave bad reviews but I would like to prevent other small business owners from making the mistake of getting this app.
Great idea but working out the kinks
My small company has been using this app for 3 months now. It gets the job done but needs more improvements. First, when you get a notification then go to the app, it won't show you what the notification is for. Second, you can either tag no people, one person, or all people on Tasks. Need to be select each person to tag. But you can select multiple individuals on Calendar events. Third, need to have subtasks attached to tasks. But I'm happy with it if they show they are making improvements. I only pay $27+/- per month for scheduling all employees...so it's tough to complain too much!
