6 clicks for every hour log
It takes 6 clicks to log one block of hours per day. If you focus on only one client per day it takes 30 clicks to log your hours for the week. 34 if you count the day switch. Imagine you serve multiple clients. It gets extremely tedious to log hours really quickly.
Where is the app development
We got onto the workflowmax platform because we were so impressed with how quickly you expanded and improved Xero. Here I am years later still waiting fore development. This App is still useless.
It is bad enough that you can’t enter a job from the app, but you can’t even add a task to a running job! That’s right, this product actively discourages field workers from selling additional services. (Who wants to call in to dispatch for every additional service...even assuming you have a dispatcher).
This app has been useless for inexcusably long. Fix it.
Xero can do better than this....
Listen, guys, I dropped into the coffee shop to update my job status on several jobs. I’m the only person in my company, and I can’t do anything useful with the app, even on an iPad running iOS 12. Now I remember why I stopped using it a year ago and use the browser login instead. Before you guys go to $25 a month for service as you did from $15 to $20 recently, could you please put some development into this app? I know a guy in India “named” Walter who can probably do this affordably. Do I sound frustrated? It’s because I am.
