No link to update
When I attempted to log in from my iPad (same device I used last week) I was notified that update was available. Clicked ok, app closed.
1: unable to continue to run without update
2: no link to the update
3: not listed in my apps to update
I had to search for the app, select it and only then was I prompted for the update.
Latest update broke touchID
Version 9.7 update broke touchID. It used to work great in previous versions. Have tried uninstalling, rebooting phone then re-installing and this did not fix. When app decides it has been too long since the last time I log in, it gives the must login message like it always did. Displays the touchID message and graphic, but does not respond to touchID. Only thing you can do is cancel the dialog box. Then kicks you back to login screen which is normal. If you then toggle off/on the enable Touch ID switch on login screen, you can use touchID again this one time, but will be broken again next time.
Also, when viewing a timesheet, there is a back symbol < in the upper left of the screen. I expect the back symbol to take you back to the previous screen (View Timesheets), but it does nothing when tapped. Tapping the adjacent three bar icon shows a list view of the home screen. But it takes two extra taps from there to get back to the View Timesheets screen.
Touch ID Bug/Create Face ID
I just downloaded it because of my new job, that I still have yet to start. I have an iPhone X. I thought if I set Touch ID on it would transfer over to the Face ID. Instead it glitches to the point that if I’ve force closed it, then try to open, it would open for two seconds then closed again. Had to delete it and re-download it again to try it. After a couple times of redownloading, I finally realized it was the Touch ID thing. So I can use it, just have to find the saved password, first. (Which doesn’t help that the app is Workforce Logiq, yet the website is ZeroChaos.) If you could fix this, and put a Face ID feature, that’d be great!
