First time I used the app it was perfect. Easy and my food was ready to grab and walk out, avoiding all lines and making it extremely quick and easy to order food if you don’t have a lot of time. Unfortunately something happened, the app now opens and takes forever to load and I can’t even get into the menu screen. I’ve actually not eaten at Bagel Works (more than once) because I’ve spent too much time trying to get the app to work. They need to give this some attention because it’s a game changer for me.
It’s been really helpful to be able to order and pay online while we’re social distancing. I see occasional fixes and updates that make it better all the time. Glad it finally came to my local Works cafe!
I generally enjoy being able to order on your app, but it’s frustrating when the dishes are sometimes described differently in different places or when the customization choices don’t match the dish— eg quinoa with Salmon. Also, the lack of a notes section makes it impossible to fill in those gaps
This app has been improving pretty consistently since I started using it. There’s even a little spinning works logo when it’s loading!
While this may seem like a great time saver to order ahead of time and pick it up, it was not! I ordered an hour ahead of time to pickup at 12:10 and my one singular sandwich was not ready until 12:35. This was a waste of time to order online. People who came in to order in person after my scheduled pickup time still got their food before me. Would not recommend.
After the last update I am no longer able to use my rewards points when placing a mobile order.
