While doing normal playback in full screen, you can’t go back to watching it in full screen after the second ad break for the most part without reloading the live view and watching the same 2 ads again, and again. This has to be a sales point to their advertising sponsors - “we’ll make sure our fans accidentally watch your ad 10 more times by forcing a live watch reboot.” Hard to remain a competition day fan/viewer when WSL takes advantage or just doesn’t give a rip about the playback experience.I’d pay $10/yr for an ad-free experience as a single user. I don’t drink; so, 50% of your ads are really not hitting me.

I can’t believe how bad this app has gotten. It’s 4 clicks to get to your fantasy team!! I don’t even want to take the time to get into the how poorly it’s designed to make changes to your line up. WSL needs to get rid of all web product managers immediately!! Now let’s discuss how bad the app performs when watching a broadcast. If your phone goes out of full screen and you go back into the broadcast, the screen goes black and you have to restart the app and watch 90 seconds of ads again!!Embarrassing product for the WSL.

It’s great having all these features but the adds every single time you switch around is overkill. The fantasy league is fun but it would be nice to clearly see your overall standing in your own club. There’s always some glitchy thing going on somewhere within the app as well… If it was an amateur app I’d give a higher rating but cmon just writing off people’s reviews is lazy… you got 2.5 stars overall for a reason

Of the many things wrong with WSL,this app is the worst thing.The fact that they direct all traffic for their most viewed days (CT Finals Days) to this app and then spend 0 funding into developing it, is insane and an indicator of their company’s fundamental lack of competency and intelligence. This is the first experience some fans are getting. They want to tune into to Pipe Finals Day! They find out they have to download an app whatever. Then it looks like it was made in 2008 and barely functions. You watch the ad non stop at the beginning and don’t offer any subscription to remove it. How’s that for their first taste of the sport you are desperately forcing to grow. Get a clue.
