• Added a background animation that might be pretty groovy. It also might be annoying. I hope it's not annoying.
• Fixed the launch screen image. It's no longer so big and terrible. Hopefully.

Initially its a great design but could use some additional options like being able to adjust the time for more advanced box breathers and please voice each stage as they change so that way one can meditate and use the app instead of staring at the screen to go with the flow of the stages as they change, has the potential to be an incredible tool for many many people!!
Great app, would love a bit more options
I wish it had a tiny vibration at the end of each side of the box.
Also it would be great to adjust the length instead of always 4 seconds.
as someone with clinical anxiety this app has helped me more times than i can count to help regulate my breathing and calm me down in private and in public. can't recommend it enough
