Tech support issues

Thank you for your recent help in solving my problem. However you should know it took over a week to resolve as Tech support never asked the question if I was useing windows or on a Mac. Had they have asked It would have been resolved on the 1st try. In fact I was the one who finnaly asked if useing my mac was the problem. And oh ya "I didnn't know you were useing a Mac"! Really, the program is WPS Office for MAC. Hello, you should look at the Tech people this should not of ever happened check out your logs. Program is 5 star plus! Help is 1 star, or less! Publiclly i'll give the 5 stars the program deserves.

Macros & VBA writing

I have used this app for over 6 months now. The files are interchangeable with MS Office. And for the money it is a suitable replacement especially for MAC since you have to use Parallels and MS office Suite together and it creates multiple crash issues and you must renew a subscription to parallels yearly which for me is not cost effective. My only COMPLAINT is that I cannot enable the developer tab in my applications nor am I able to use VBA and macro writing to save me from repetitive work processes. This has been quite frustrating and time consuming. I am considering purchasing parallels and office again. I wish I could figure out how to add this to the package but Google and the WPS website and help requests leave me with nothing to work with; with that being said if you are just a minimal user of excel and word docs, this option is an excellent choice. For someone who manages advanced spreadsheets and data analyzation, you may consider going another route.

Works well, but inconsistent between Windows/Mac

WPS Office works well in general, but the developers are clearly biased toward PC users. This Mac version gives you a free trial of the premium edition and then automatically downgrades you to the free version. This would be fine, except that almost all features are disabled in the free version. Besides a few basic formatting options, everything else is considered “premium features.” This isn’t the case on the Windows version, though. There are certainly restrictions on that version as well, but not nearly as many. This is confusing and disappointing for me. I like the PC version a lot, but this Mac version is way too limited by comparison. Please address this and keep the features consistent! Again, with all due respect, it seems as though you’re biased toward PC for some reason.
