WRCJ 4+

We are so fortunate to have a classical station in Detroit! I am still learning about jazz, but I am thankful that they can both come together so that we can have a station that celebrates the making of music in Detroit. I love the mornings and evenings with Dave- having been inspired for lessons with my students by a piece I heard on my way in, in the morning, and in the evening, sometimes the traffic & day can be met with nothing but classical. I love the live concerts they offer, from the DSO- again, we are so blessed! My students have benefited from those too. The morning Sousa Alarm even has a special place in my day! Thank you! :)

I have been a listener for quite sometime and I thoroughly enjoy the music and the personalities. I can not listen to any other station now. The classical and jazz are better than other genres I don’t watch tv , it’s all foolishness to me now; I read and listen to WRCJ. Thank you to Dave , Peter, Ron, Jack, Davis, Linda . This has been my favorite station for years I’ve been listening to expand my knowledge of sound and creating different melodies. This is a very good station if you are a music producer and you want to get better. Listening to the classical and jazz has expanded my ears to be able to hear notes I couldn’t before. Thanks a lot 90.9!
