The WSMarshals App will provide marshals serving as volunteers at the Western & Southern ATP Tennis Tournament the ability to review their schedule, checkin at the tournament site on the day of their shift, communicate with the Control center in case they cannot make their assigned shift or are running late for the shift, and chat with the Control center for any questions, requests or clarification. The app will also allow marshal to check and confirm that they are at their assigned posts and get realtime notifications and updates to their assigned posts.

This app is designed for use by registered marshals serving the Western & Southern ATP Tennis Tournament only.

At least we are on site , hopefully this will follow with the US Open to follow.
Cut them some slack/ make that a lot of, this is live tennis with the first team narrative. This is HUGH !

What happened to this app?

This is terrible. I can’t even register with my email to login to the app. It gets stuck at “Please Wait...”. Huge disappointment. It worked so well last year. Why the change?
