WuKong: Chinese, Math & ELA 4+

Hello I’m a student and I really like this app I use it for Chinese and stuff and the teachers are really nice in my opinion I would recommend it if your learning chinese and stuff but when I’m doing the homework,when I’m dragging the words to the correct place and imess up so I try to switch it the thing bugs out and won’t let me switch it correctly so I have to reset the screen I’m really glad there is a reset button because if there wasn’t I would have to do it all over again over all really good app again I recommend it!

It has a lot of bugs on homework and stuff. It also needs a lot of improvement. The old version was better in my opinion because it was more useful than the new one. The new one just has my color and sound it isn’t really useful it’s just more colorful. When you need to leave or to check on stuff you would have to download it on your phone or on your computer.

My son joined WuKong classes as a trial for him to learn more Chinese. I had previously communicated our needs in detail but the people who handled our account was unpleasant and under educated - she did not even call me by my name just kept saying “kid’s mom, this, kids’s mom, that”.
As a beginner under 4 years old, we are exploring different ways for our kids to learn, but they kept pushing for signing up for 1000 more classes, or even, after a few weeks, asking us to upgrade to a “3 year plan” or a “5 year plan”. But honestly, who knows if any kids can commit that big? Well not mine and I’m sure he will turn out fine.
