Most efficient and you feel special when you get to skip the long lines and pick up at the side counter.

Love it but doesn't save your information

I love the app and how convenient it is, but it doesn't seem to save information. For example, I will favorite a store, save a card, and favorite drinks. It would be gone a week later. It doesn't help that apple pay isn't offered. You can only save one customized drink for a certain tea and you can't save the same drink with other customizations.

Been coming for a while now. Good customer service and good drinks with variety of drinks to choose.
