Doesn’t work anymore in Palo Alto/Mountain View

This was a great app and service but over the last few months I’ve gone to get an automatic car wash and the app’s response is like before but the machine does nothing. I went to another location and the machine started but didn’t do a full job, skipped steps before quitting. I was refunded for these but a few weeks later I ventured back to introduce this service to a colleague and the app response was the same but the machine didn’t start again. Called and had to leave a message while embarrassed. Waiting for refund again. It appears the app works but the machines are not. There is no indication that the machines are down. I’m disappointed because it used to be dependable. 1 star.

Apple Pay support missing!

I had used this app before and last weekend in had to enter again all of my credit card information while I was already taking and other cars waiting. Giving credit card information isn’t safe because of hackers and it’s a stupid process while Apple Pay is so easy to use and secure since our credit card information is kept secret.

Entering credit card information should be one time action only. It would be great if you could send us an email, so that we can investigate why you had to do it twice.

We are using third party credit card payment provider Adyen, which is also used by uber, ebay and spotify. We are not storing your credit card details in our database, so you don't need to worry about credit card information not being safe. But Apple Pay is indeed a nice alternative and we are planning to include this option in future.

Worked well

Simple interface that is easy to use. It worked really well for me with no issues. I simply paid for my auto wash service, drove into the bay, and it immediately started.

[Editted] Customer service proactively resolved an issue where I originally could not redeem my first free wash. Greatly appreciated. This app continues to work very well for me.

Hi! Thanks for your feedback! If you didn't get your free wash, offer still stands. Just hit us an email and we will add it to your account. We will try to make getting first free wash more intuitive. Currently you have to enter campaign code from sign to app to activate it.
