I added funds- but when I go to the gas station that advertises this app- and try to have the map find my location- it never does and only finds one 20 miles away so I have loaded funds and can’t use them.

This was a great app and service but over the last few months I’ve gone to get an automatic car wash and the app’s response is like before but the machine does nothing. I went to another location and the machine started but didn’t do a full job, skipped steps before quitting. I was refunded for these but a few weeks later I ventured back to introduce this service to a colleague and the app response was the same but the machine didn’t start again. Called and had to leave a message while embarrassed. Waiting for refund again. It appears the app works but the machines are not. There is no indication that the machines are down. I’m disappointed because it used to be dependable. 1 star.

Simple interface that is easy to use. It worked really well for me with no issues. I simply paid for my auto wash service, drove into the bay, and it immediately started. [Editted] Customer service proactively resolved an issue where I originally could not redeem my first free wash. Greatly appreciated. This app continues to work very well for me.

-Can't paste card number-When switching between WWWASH and another app can't enter card number, on input it starts moving numbers around for some reason rendering it incorrect-Only way to get it was to manually type it in-App said it would change the $5 for the wash and associated fees but didn't specify any fees so I paid in cash instead to avoid it. Please specify the total with fees up front!
