Description
We asked students how they felt on nights out, and the results were concerning - 95% of students interviewed felt unsafe and vulnerable in busy venues, and 74% complained of anxiously looking for their friends. We decided to do something about this. We created Where You At, a female founded company with the goal to help you to feel safer, so you can enjoy your nights out knowing that your friends are just a click away.
Using cutting edge technology, our carefully mapped out mesh network helps you to locate your friends accurately, even in dark and crowded venues. Where You At can also help you to find places within the venue, for example the bathroom or the exit, to keep you heading in the right direction.
Where You At lets you know where your friends are within the venue so you don’t have to worry about losing people after going to grab a drink.
In case of an emergency, our SOS button sends an alert with your location to your friends, so that you can get the help you need, quickly.
Don’t get lost in the crowd, with WYA.
Where You At is only available in accredited venues - look out for our signs in your local clubs and bars.
