Been using the app in Mass since the beginning. Like much of it, especially that the lines are often a little different than other books. Main aggravating issue is that it constantly logs me out. If I go to look at a different site and come back 5, 10, 15 seconds later, I’m logged out. Happens constantly. No other site has this issue. Would give 5 stars if this didn’t happen anymore.

Placed a $100 bet and did not get my $100 bonus that I opted in for. The chat people say it takes 24 hrs, so the next day at 24 hrs still no bonus,Then another chat guy says it has to be 24 hrs after the game ended, ok, so I do that and still nothing, Now my third chat guy says oh you didn’t place the right odds on your $100 bet, sorry.I then asked to speak to a manager and he said he would bring this up to a manager to review it but it will take 24-48 hrs…I ain’t holding my breath….Stay away!! Most books give you a 100% match bonus on your 1st deposit. They don’t require you to place $100 bet, place is ridiculous!! I deposited $500 at Draft Kings and got $750 in bonuses!!

Recently traveled to WV for work and saw an ad for Wynn bet casino. We only have sports betting in Massachusetts so I was excited to try online roulette. I was able to use the same app that I have in MA and it allowed play without a problem. Very easy and nice to know I can play different things when I travel and be able to use my winnings on sports when I’m back home

I was excited because I’m in NY and this app is supposed to work there. But, I’ve spent almost an hour trying to get past the know your customer screen.

It just doesn’t work. I keep clicking through, uploaded my ID, and it says everything is verified, but won’t let me click “continue”. Every time I press the continue button, nothing happens. If I exit the app and retry, it brings me right back to the same screen.

Wynn does something like $3B a year in revenue. Is it really that hard to make an app that people can easily create an account for? Going back to fanduel.

Recently downloaded wynn bet and finding it good to use so far. Getting my account was easy and the bonus was a nice addition. Been betting on baseball and the same game parlay feature is really solid. Would love to see more boosts available. Fingers crossed they are there for the football.

Old App: I had used the old Wynn app for about a year and the app had an old looking feel to it.

New App: More modern feel. Easier to navigate. It looks like some types of bets have been added as well. The update has been positive to me so far!

It’s impossible to add funds. Customer service isn’t helpful. How do they stay in business if you can’t even deposit any money. To use the online banking connection they want to know: your balances at the beginning of the most recent business day, as well as all posted and pending transactions.
