- Effective: Safe does not equal easy! Short and effective workouts will make you sweat in 20 minutes or less.
- Beginner Friendly: Intensity level can be adjusted. Proper form reminders throughout. Instructors offer exercise modifications.

These people are amazingly helpful! I bought this app for my 77 year old dad and he is excited about working out with the resistance bands. My husband and I love Wysefit!
We’re retired and have been looking for a way to get into shape. Wysefit was the perfect solution to motivate us. We love the programs because the instructors make it so fun and easy to follow along at our pace, especially Liz Bradley. We hope there are more programs available soon!
