X Factor is designed to quickly and easily track your daily calorie balance. No micro-nutrients. No detailed workout info. Just calories in and calories out, because when it comes to maintaining a healthy weight, that's what matters.
With X Factor, it takes only a few seconds to record your daily weight, calories eaten, and activity calories. And with Health Integration enabled, active energy calories are imported automatically from HealthKit. The powerful Target Weight feature lets you set calorie and weight targets to see how your weight will change with different calorie balances.
Once you've entered your calorie balance for a few days, the Accuracy feature compares the calorie balance data you've entered against the calories associated with changes to your weight, making it easy to verify that your data is correct.
Whatever your weight management goals, your daily calorie balance is the key to acheiving them. Without it, you're stuck in a constant state of guessing that undermines your results. Take control of your weight with the power of clear, concise measurement.
- Lifetime tracking of weight, calories eaten and activity calories
- Predicts when target weight will be reached
- Calculates BMI and BMR values
- Supports kilograms/pounds/stones weight units
- 3D Touch shortcuts for logging data
Health App Integration:
- import active energy calories, age, gender and height
- export your weight
• Added support for iPhone X.

A must have if you are serious about exercise. There isn't an exercise database, so you do need to know how many calories you burn. I like this design. It makes the app easy to use, and anyone serious about exercise already knows this information.
The main benefit is seeing how much weight I'm burning off over time. I've been using the app for a month and I've burned off 6 pounds. It's very motivating to see how this grows over time in the graphs.
A fun and motivating tool that's easy to use. Glad I found it.
Best app ever
I don't get it. It keeps asking for my height? Then when I think I have it figured out? I wouldn't buy this again... What is x factor? How do I know how many calories to enter?
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
