Very expensive fees and poor customer support
They started to charge users with a USD 150 per year fee which is more expensive than traditional banks. I complained with customer support because they didn’t let me know about this fee beforehand. Then, they cancelled my card without my consent with the excuse they needed to do that to make a refund. Now my balance has been hijacked because I don’t have a card to withdraw my money from an ATM and bank transfers won’t work. They robbed me.
