This is the app for those who manage and play their music collection via the Kodi/XBMC media center. Unlike other remote control apps that cover the entire functionality of the media center, this app is solely focused on handling your music collection, specifically:
* Currently playing screen: Shows current track with cover and the current playlist
* Start, pause, seek and skip tracks quickly
* Control the volume
* Music library with artist - album - title hierarchy, quickly folded/unfolded in a nice accordion animation.
* Handle user-defined playlists, including quick access to the most valuable feature - shuffling through the playlist.
* The iPad app shows all information altogether in a clean user interface. No tedious navigating through menus.
The app requires a Kodi/XBMC installation connected to the wireless network. Its IP-address can be set manually, or zero-conf can be used to automatically find Kodi/XBMC in the network. Officially supported are XBMC 12 and 13 (Frodo and Gotham) and Kodi 14-19 (Helix, Isengard, Jarvis, Krypton, Leia, and Matrix).

Outstanding Music Remote!
I have been using Marcus's XBMC/Kodi remote for a while now. It transforms Kodi into a superb music player. I use Kodi on a dedicated pic connected to my hifi for playback of HD and Flac music. With this app you have a phenomenal music solution.
Marcus as a developer is tops too. There were several features and UI enhancements I wanted. Sure enough in version 4 all has been added.
I don't often write reviews but this app plus Marcus's ongoing support is a must have if you want to use Kodi as a dedicated music client.
