review and rank stores publicly on social media 📱, and I need to raise a serious concern about Xcite Kuwait. Your website only lists 3 PCs 💻, while the physical store has a wide range—from budget-friendly to high-end options. Most customers check the website first before visiting or ordering 🛒. If they don’t see a PC that matches their budget or type, they’ll assume it’s unavailable and may never come to the store 🚫.Even more concerning, bad reviews are completely ignored, while only high-star reviews ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ever get a response. The few responses to negative reviews are years old, and now there’s nothing recent addressing customer complaints ❓. This gives the impression that only positive feedback matters, which seriously damages trust.I strongly urge you to update your website to show all products and to respond to all customer reviews, including negative ones 🙏. Ignoring these issues will continue to push customers away ⚠️.
First, I’ll start with the log in… the app has the space for the email address, but the OS doesn’t recognize it to autofill the email. Press continue and go to the next page where you enter your password. Don’t touch anything else or it will get rid of the log in page and you’ll have to start over and manually type your email address. It took me 3 times to log in. I hate when companies hire idiotic developers who have never ordered anything online. Next, the checkout process is absolute trash!!! If you’re going to add apple pay, why do I need a stupid map to find the location of my billing address! That map is absolutely terrible to use. Also, my billing address is in the US, this stupid app won’t allow me to checkout using my Visa card. If you’re only going to allow Knet, then say that or fix the app!!
لقد دفعت مبلغ اضافي للتوصيل في اليوم التالي لحاجتي الى المنتج بأسرع وقت وللاسف مر على طلبي يومين ولم استلم الى الآن التطبيق اثبت فشله في المصداقيه وانا مستاء من تجربتي ولن اكررها مره ثانيه ،، لقد اخذوا مني مبلغ للتوصيل السريع بغير وجه حق ولو اعلم لانتظرت التوصيل المجاني الذي يكون من 3 ايام الى 5 ايام سأدخل في خانة للتوصيل المجاني ولم استفد من دفع المبلغ الاضافي على المنتج I paid an extra amount for delivery the next day because I needed the product as soon as possible. Unfortunately, my order passed two days ago and I have not received until now the application proved a failure of credibility and I am upset with my experience and I will not repeat it again ,,, they took from me an amount for fast delivery without reason, and if I know I waited for the delivery The free charge, which is from 3 days to 5 days, I will enter in the box for free delivery, and I have not benefited from paying the additional amount on the product
They have the worst customer service. They promise to solve the problem then no one call u. They have the worst home delivery cuz no one no when the shipment will arrive, they just keep promise you to deliver it the next day then nothing show up. The application even much worse than their customer service, I ordered EarPods via their application for home delivery but they and it shows that the order has been canceled the. After two days they made new recite and in the application still it shows that the ordered canceled. If you want to call the call center they barely answer and all the time the agents are busy i don’t know when they will be free to answer and if they answer they can’t help me
Xcite buying experience is by far the best shopping app/website in Kuwait. I’m not talking about the prices, since this is not my issue. The only issue is the blue xcite support button that is located in the lower right side of the screen. This is where I usually touch the screen to slide down. Sure I can move that annoying button away but it will come back to that location again and again. I suggest the app developer relocate it away from all 4 corners .
Apparently they offer you an option for a one hour delivery on the application, they charge 4.5 KD, but they fail to mention that if you spend hundreds on a laptop and get a “ secret deal” for a cheap headset thats free, that item will be shipped in 1 hour and the main item you bought will be delivered within the normal 2 days, making the free item cost you 4.5 KD!!!!!You call but you get no solution since it’s a weekend and you get delayed an extra day, that’s not very convenient is it??
