Description
This app is a a simple way to select a workout exercise and add it to a current session, then record the exercise parameters for review at a later date. Select from a predefined list, add it to a session, and record the session. One nice feature is the ability to export the current session to a comma separated value (CSV) format for additional data crunching in a spreadsheet app.
