So, like many Xerox customers, updating my MacBook Pro to Ventura left me without the ability to scan documents anymore on my WorkCentre 3215. I installed this software and all it apparently will allow me to do is add a printer to my system., Literally, that is all it allows me to do. I click the one button "Add a printer" which sends me to the Mac OS dialog to add a new printer which does nothing since both my Xeroxs are already installed. I am so sick of the annual struggle to keep printing and scanning with these stupid machiens because it takes Xerox 11 months to update their drivers before Apple changes everything all over again! One month of real world usage is not worth it and seriously tempted to junk both machines right now for Brother! If you use Mac OS you must RUN AWAY FROM XEROX!!!

No need to use this app for Xerox printing features, MacOS serves those purposes just fine. However, the "Scan" feature of this application, while very fast with a very clean, straightforward user interface, is simply another "free", basic scanning application.While this Xerox Print & Scan Experience does provide a very nice interface with good results, it does NOT allow or provide for using a DADF (auto doc feeder...scans only from the glass), provides only Color/Greyscale - no black-only selection, offers only preset document sizes with no auto-crop (e.g., you choose full-platen/glass, letter, legal, etc sizes...again, app will not auto-adjust or automatically crop to the original document size).Even PDFScanner can be considered more "feature rich" than this app with PDFScanner offering DADF scanning, 3 "color" modes (color, greyscale, black), automatic document selection (auto-cropping).Because of the speed and attractive UI of this Xerox application, this could be an excellent solution for Xerox MFP users by adding essential productivity enhancements/features.Word to Xerox (not that Xerox product development will read these users' comments!): nice app. Add the aforementioned necessary and vital productivity features and charge an additionally nominal fee for those features or offer both - the free Xerox Print & Scan Exeperience version and a fee-based upgrade with more features. If it's worth doing Ox, it's worth doing well!Conclusion: Again very nice UI, very nice results, fast just needs to offer upgrades for previously cited productivity features.Systems: Mac Pros (2019), Mac Studios, Mac Pros (2013) even a few Mac Pro 2008s! All (2019s, 2013s, Mac Studios) with MacOS 12.7 installed.

If you use the Xerox AltaLink C8045 on a Mac, then it prints a cover page every single time you print. Wanted to change the settings but there's no options for disabling that in the Printer Settings. Installed the Xerox Driver and this Xerox Print and Scan Experience app and the app doesn't provide any fucntion besides printing.Doesn't have the scan function in the screenshot image they show. The Windows computer users were able to adjust the settings but for some reason it's not possible on the Mac ): Please fix this.

the laptop version of this app shows printer offline, while at the same time phone app shows printer online and can do all functions. restarting, SW update, etc. dont help. The app does not even have a way to delete the printer and add again. terrible app!
