The Xerox Print and Scan Experience App helps you access the printing and scanning functionality of Xerox printers and provides unique productivity tools for efficiency.

Xerox Print and Scan Experience Application provides easy access to various printing and scanning features of the supported Xerox devices from the convenience of a Mac application.

The application allows:
- scanning documents in PDF or JPEG format
- printing PDF documents directly to a supported Xerox device
- viewing device status for toner levels and loaded media

Version 2.0.0

This version includes an updated design and improvements to feature accessibility and navigation throughout the app. The Scan Preview/Edit mode now allows image edit operations such as Crop, Straighten, Adjustments feature edit options for enhanced image editing experience.

Automatically remove blank pages when scanning. Preview the scanned pages to verify those that are marked for removal.

Automatically rotate your scanned pages into the proper reading orientation. This feature only works on pages that contain text.

Automatically straighten by correcting the alignment issues of your scanned image to center align the original canvas area.

Achieve the right balance between image quality and file size of scanned documents by selecting the desired Quality setting.

What am I missing?

So, like many Xerox customers, updating my MacBook Pro to Ventura left me without the ability to scan documents anymore on my WorkCentre 3215. I installed this software and all it apparently will allow me to do is add a printer to my system., Literally, that is all it allows me to do. I click the one button "Add a printer" which sends me to the Mac OS dialog to add a new printer which does nothing since both my Xeroxs are already installed. I am so sick of the annual struggle to keep printing and scanning with these stupid machiens because it takes Xerox 11 months to update their drivers before Apple changes everything all over again! One month of real world usage is not worth it and seriously tempted to junk both machines right now for Brother! If you use Mac OS you must RUN AWAY FROM XEROX!!!

App only has Print option? Don't need the app if that's all it can do.

If you use the Xerox AltaLink C8045 on a Mac, then it prints a cover page every single time you print. Wanted to change the settings but there's no options for disabling that in the Printer Settings. Installed the Xerox Driver and this Xerox Print and Scan Experience app and the app doesn't provide any fucntion besides printing.

Doesn't have the scan function in the screenshot image they show. The Windows computer users were able to adjust the settings but for some reason it's not possible on the Mac ): Please fix this.

Should be removed from store

Completly non functional for scanning on Sonoma. If anyone is in charge of continued support for compatibilty on OSX maybe it is an intern who is also busy with other things. Never buy a Xerox product if you need reliable Mac support is a painful lesson learned.
