Great Service!

My wife and upgraded from our iPhone 6 phones with AT&T to iPhone XR with Xfinity Mobile and we haven't had any problems since. We have the by the gig plan and haven't gone over 2 gigs yet since we switched services in January. We've payed $12 so far for the past 3 months. I gotta say my money looks better in my pocket than AT&T's since switching. I have no problems connecting to one of the Xfinity hotspots in my area so I'm always connected. The reason why I gave the app 3 stars is because I wish the app provided real time data usage. Although, I do like the more granular usage but it's still not exact with the recent update. It's nice to see that Comcast is making an effort to constantly keep the app fresh and up to date with new features. I would definitely recommend Xfinity Mobile to friends and family.

WOW didn't realize I could control my bill now

I was paying a bit more when I selected the "Unlimited" plan and I thought....I can't afford this anymore. Then I called into Customer Service and when speaking with a rep I realized that my bill was much cheaper. I thought it was huge mistake. So when I called and found out that I can change it when I decided and that my bill would ACTUALLY reflect that AND that my bill could be cheaper...I hopped on it. Well just this billing period alone I've already saved more money because I am using WiFi more. I swear if this keeps up like I think it will yelling it at the rooftops 🙌🏽. I lost my job this month with the airline and this couldn't have come at a better time. Please be true 🙏🏽

Very disappointed

I switched my cell over to Comcast Xfinity as part of a bundle. It’s supposed to be free calls, free texts, but pay per Gig for data. But my group texts no longer go through and I have to be online or have the data turned on to get a text to go through, so I’m really paying for texts. They charge for a Gig whether you use data or not and they charge the next Gig as soon as you go over a Gig by .01Gig and the unused portion doesn’t carry over to the next month. Plus, I only rarely turn the data on and still get charged for 2 or more Gigs a month. I think there may be some cheating in their calculations of how much I’m using. My calls keep dropping and people say they called me but I don’t get some of their calls. My cell phone doesn’t work inside my house sometimes and it definitely doesn’t work in “out-in-the-boonies” areas. I’m not happy with this plan and want to switch back as soon as possible. Is anybody else having these issues? Or is it just me?
