XFit Push Ups dynamically changes the beat of YOUR music to perfectly match your movements. Research shows that music distracts the brain during exercise and faster music causes people to accept and even prefer a greater degree of effort. This means you will work harder without trying (or without even feeling the difference), you will get better results from the increased effort, and most importantly, the time will fly by.

lolo Connect allows you to save your fitness results to the cloud, track your progress across lolo apps, and share your success with friends and family through social media.

XFit Push Ups features an interactive personal trainer whose voice guides you through each workout, giving you the tips you need to get the most out of your workout and the motivation to keep going no matter how tough it gets. XFit Push Ups gives you complete control as you move through your workout. Turn the intensity down a bit when you're struggling or crank it up when you're ready for more, and your trainer adjusts your workout - and your music - on the fly.

Whether you're a beginner or an athlete, XFit Push Ups will design the perfect program to match equipment and fitness level.

Your personal network is key to reaching your goals. Share your successes with them through Facebook.

Too much too fast

I really liked this at first, but the app placed me in the "advanced" category and I couldn't even get through one workout. I put myself in the beginner category and it was fine for a few weeks but it just advances too quickly. After week two they have you doing fingertip and plyometric push-ups that I'm just not physically able to do. There's no option to adjust for physical limitations. I don't have full range of motion in one arm due to a childhood injury and most of the workouts are impossible for me to do. I found myself just doing regular push-ups through most of the workouts, so I've just stopped using the app altogether. Maybe allow users to adjust workouts to their limitations or seriously nerf the progression and I'll probably get back into it.

Good quality but...

Nice app. Great instruction and quality video but it is obvious that the devs did not spend time making the actual workout session realistic and smooth. It makes me wonder if they even tried and tested the actual workout plan because the app is great in every other aspect but they really missed the mark on the workout session. There is a generic audio track and rep count for all of the workouts even though some of the exercises take more or less time to complete. The rest times are either way too long or not long enough. And the amount of reps and sets are unrealistic for the category the app places me in (intermediate). For instruction and form demonstration the app is great but as a workout companion/guide this app is not even close.

Great App

Workout wise, phenomenal. Layout looks great, too.

The one problem and why I didn't go 5 Star is the crash frequency is too high for my taste. Not debilitating to the workout, but it may crash once or twice before you can get to the workout.
