Please make motion detection accuracy and efficiency fixes ie: half the time this nearly developed product performs moderately but is flattened by the inexcusable times it doesn’t even detect refutable clear motion for recording when may possibly be the most important motion recorded regarding you and your loved ones well being as well as valuables which is the entire intended purpose of purchased items. Would give 5 stars if the motion detection accuracy was on point as well as area of motion detection selectivity these cameras would be “making big moves” like the more attention focused ads do in all the highly tuned advertisement and marketing into this brand and software creators product. The capital/profit of an, on the fulcrum, of being a game changing product in a market that’s absolutely flourishing with profit and customer satisfaction potential of our ever growing technological world.
PIR Detection is Worthless
I do not know if the problem is software or camera hardware related. When you purchase a “security camera” I think you’d expect it to detect movement. The images displayed are very clear and well focused, BUT motion detection rarely works and when it does, the recording starts after the event occurs. I have purposely tried to trigger motion while changing every setting for optimal performance. One camera only picks up a large vehicle if you drive right up to it and the other does trigger events more often but always misses what you’d like recorded. If this isn’t resolved I will be replacing this crap with anything else. I have a $20 Samsung Cam that catches every sound and movement if I want it to. I just wanted the solar charging ability. What a waste.

The iOS Apple version of the I-Cam App fails to establish device communication with a 50% to 75% failure rate. After repeated attempts to gain access to the camera I have rebooted my iPhone, exited and relaunched the App numerous times, changed multiple device settings and checked for software updates. No change to the device communication failures.
Once device access is achieved, the streaming video freezes after 1 or2 seconds. The frozen streaming video failure occurs 100% of the time. I rebooted my iPhone, exited and relaunched the App numerous times, changed multiple device settings and checked for software updates. No change in the frozen video streaming.
