Amazing and easy.
I’ve never written a review but feel strongly about this and so grateful I’ll disclose some things that are generally TMI. 52 year old male, spend a lot of time sitting during the day and driving for work. Over the past year or so I’ve noticed some urgency incontinence, usually in the morning. By the time I’ve gotten to the toilet in the morning more times that not I’ve started before I get there, sometimes just a small wet spot, other times dripping down my leg. Didn’t think much about it except I figured it was just an age thing. The biggest problem has been ED. Over that same year I noticed a decline in the quality of erections, sometimes losing rigidity during, sometimes more recently not able to achieve an erection at all.
After researching online I came across the importance of the PC muscle and figured there had to be an app for that. Thank you. Within a week of using this app I stopped having that leakage that was commonplace. Zero. None. Not one incident. Around the two week mark I started walking up with morning wood that I hadn’t really noticed in a while. At week three my erections are harder and stronger than they’ve been in years. Very excited to see results after a few months. Thanks again for this great app. The reminders help tremendously to keep me on track.
I like this app. For those who don't know how to unlock the further stages, you do it by completing certain amount of exercises; beginner is 100, intermediate is 500 I think til advanced is unlocked (there's a few to do each day, but you can't mindlessly do the same one multiple times a day as it won't count). Might be annoying to those who have done these outside the app, but was great for a beginner like me
Great variation of exercises. A couple of minor things - the check marks that appeared in in the letter boxes indicating the exercises were completed seem to have disappeared with the latest update. Also I wish there was a way to adjust the volume of the cues in the app instead of having to making an adjustment in the sounds section of the operating system settings.
