Notifications needed

On my first booking I was late getting my customer their items ready, this was because I only got an email notification of the booking. Customers get a sms option for notifications. We too should get those to be notified ASAP or have the app send a booking notification as well. We need one or the other to be prepared for our customers. Otherwise I’ll be switching services.

When will you listen to your customers?

This app is not user-friendly. The App force closes itself constantly. There is no notification system other then email. This app will do bare minimum on options for cancellations, movement, ect. The Customer service department is nearly nonexistent. The merchant app is no better.

This app is a long way from being actually useable.
