Our Xolo app is currently only available for Xolo Leap customers who have an account with us and have already set up a company. You can log in to the app by email and with Smart-ID, or simply sign up at www.xolo.io.
Our app puts the Xolo online dashboard in your pocket, with all the essential functionality.

Report expenses with ease
Expense management is the cornerstone of our app, and you can easily upload all of your receipts and match them with expenses. We’ve even made adding comments and marking expenses as out-of-pocket simple.
Track your income
You’ll be able to see an overview of your income transactions, invoices and missing documents. Upcoming versions of the app will allow you to create invoices and send out reminders for them as well.
Mobile business banking
See and manage your company's money live. We’ve integrated all your banking providers into one banking dashboard. And coming soon, you can pay in person with your Xolo MasterCard®.
Profile
Your company and personal details are also here, and when you have multiple company accounts with Xolo, you can easily switch between them.
Access
You can set up quick access to the app with passcode, Face ID or Touch ID, or use the email or Smart-ID options when logging in.

It's good to see the app
But how can I change my leapin and Xolo-go account under the same email account as the web dashboard?
Read the fine print! Do not use!
Your income is posted publicly for the world to see, Xolo forces distributions even if you don’t want the income (or income taxes), invoices are often rejected based on internal policies Xolo won’t explain... Xolo covers up some serious issues with fancy marketing and bubbly customer service. They’re not a real accounting service. I usually just hand over all my receipts to my accountant and let them sort it, find tax strategies and deductions, complete the forms, etc. But Xolo asks me to figure everything out on my own then put the receipts in the right place exactly the right way. There’s no help or advice, they just reject it if you do it wrong and then your income isn’t in your bank account like you expected. The platform looks really cool, but it constantly rejects my (correctly inserted) e-residency card so I can’t access my account. Soooo many problems. I switched to a different accounting agency and it has been seamless!
freemium
it’s listed as free but there’s really no free option. Everything advertised is really only in a pro account which is insanely expensive as a freelancer, and the “Go” account is “free”...but they take a 5% cut.
It might otherwise be an ok app but couldn’t navigate it or even see if the UI is decent without a paid account. As a freelancer just looking for an app to easily organizes expenses and invoices/multiple incomes easily this doesn’t seem worth it
