XPWOW Find Activity Around Me 9+

The ability to create cross-country road trips and save the route puts Google Maps to shame. With Google or Apple Maps, it is incredibly difficult to add stops to a long trip. XPWOW allows you to find cool roadside attractions, parks, food, and lodging along the way. In addition, you can save multiple road trips, name them, add a cover image, and share the trip with others. This is functionality that Google is limited on on their desktop website, and isn’t possible with the mobile app. As soon as you pick a new destination in a Google or Apple, the route you built disappears. XPWOW goes the extra mile by incorporating a social media component of the app, where you can see TikTok-style videos for your destinations and build a profile and following.

This app is a must have for anyone planning long distance road trips. Even if you take same long trip regularly, for instance if you travel to another state often for the holidays and have driven the route a hundred times, XPWOW can help you discover new ways to enjoy your journey.

This app is fun to play with. It’s very much like TikTok but is geared towards traveling and exploring different places. I love that it defines itself as a social networking app via sharing our own adventurous experiences and engaging with others’. The interface is very easy to navigate and it recommends many cool places to go to near the user location and across the country. I sincerely feel that I could use this app to get more fresh travel ideas and engage with the communities! I’d recommend it to anyone!

The app is great especially when traveling. It gives you a preview of different landmarks, parks, restaurants, etc. that you have interest in visiting. You can see videos from all over the country and if you like to plan an itinerary before you travel you can save locations as favorites for easy access! The best part is it’s free and doesn’t have the nuisance of a bunch of ads!!
