Ratings and Reviews
After reading all of the amazing reviews and
seeing how cheap this extension was I went ahead and bought it. I love all of the different search engines you can choose from and use but I’m really struggling with how to use the quick shortcuts Etc. I’m a techie gal or so I thought I was until I bought this and started setting it up. I can’t grasp how to setup the using the ‘shortcuts' to other search engines so you can use another search engine w/o having to leave Safari. Every review I read raved about this being the easiest way and only way to go with this feature. I just can’t wrap my head around setting up the different ways to switch to other search engines right in Safari without having to leave where your at. Other than that I’m impressed with this Safari extension! I as well would recommend this extension to anyone looking for an easy and simple way to use multiple search engines when searching for something w/o having to leave where your at in Safari. Now if only I can figure out how to setup the shortcuts to get this one major feature figured out. 🙂
I often have to use different search engines in my line of work, and it helps to be able to do that so quickly. Everything about it works really well.
Except, for whatever reason, it has completely stopped working on my iPad. It works fine on my iPhone, so that leads me to believe that something is up on my end, but I don't really know how to troubleshoot that, and can't find anything online. To the developer: I love your app, and want to keep using it. Is there any help you can offer? If I can get it working again, I'll give this 5 stars.
while cool it still uses the default search engine selected in safari settings
for example I wanted to use brave search , when you check privacy tracker default search engine will for a moment use the safari setting which is duck duck go then it goes to brave search
