Cannot switch from scooter to bike

How do I switch from a scooter to a bike because I don’t have a scooter

After connecting the electric kick scooter through this app, functions on the app can be perfectly used, such as cruise control, battery check and lock (it will not be unlocked after the bluetooth connection is disconnected), so it is a great app

Got signed out of my account and now my scooter does not bind

I tried to use the app a few days ago before riding my Elite Prime, I noticed I was signed out of my account. When trying to sign back in using the same email, I saw that my scooter is not binded anymore. Tried to rebind it and the app says the scooter is already binded to another account.
This hadn't happened before and I assume it's due to the update of the app and I new "Terms of Use Agreement"!
How can I fix this?
