Best workout program!

I don’t usually write reviews, but Yael and her philosophy and workout methods are worthy of a 10 star review if it were an option. Without judgment or pressure, Yael transforms your mindset, eating habits and of course workout routine. She guides you and celebrates your progress every step of the way. It’s truly a personal trainer experience in your pocket whenever you need her!
I was already eating clean when I met Yael, but the scale wouldn’t budge- her meal structure and suggestions not only kept me satiated and happy but actually helped me lose weight! Not to mention the quick but super effective workout routines with her resistance bands. Suddenly my body transformed in a way I never thought would happen especially with the not traditional quick workouts (perfect for a busy mom thank you!!) I can go on and on but I am so grateful to have met Yael and so grateful for this program!

Yael fit lab.

The moment I met Yael, I felt I was in the right spot. Yael is warm, kind and encouraging at the same time she is there to educate and share her experience and knowledge with you. Yael knows the balance of how to be kind, non judgmental and at the same time she can guide you with clear boundaries to help you achieve the results you want.

7 years ago I learned how to eat healthy and enjoy healthy food but after my 4th baby I was having a difficult time loosing weight. I was putting in the effort, running, biking, eating healthy but the weight wouldn’t budge.

With Yael’s program, the weight is coming off. My clothes are loose on me and I feel stronger from the strength workouts on Yael’s app. I used to think bread was the bad guy, now I’m eating lunch with bread every day which keeps me fuller longer and is easier to prepare , which makes it easier for me to follow. Yael’s workouts are under 20 minutes a day and the food for the meal plan is easy to prepare , I highly recommend working with Yael if you are struggling to loose weight, not enough energy, want to feel better in your body or you want to be the best version of yourself check out this program

I’ve known Yael for a while now, and ever since I met her my life changed for the better.
I’ve become healthier, stronger, and more determined to push myself to the limit.
Recently I’ve decided to get back on track again, and I cannot begin to explain how much Yael’s devotion and this app have helped contribute to my journey.
I’ve always thought working out from home was useless or pointless… that is until I began using this app which proved me way wrong!
