Great company, their customers not so much

I like the direction it’s heading even though it’s new and it’s only in soft launch so there’s slow sales right now, but more than other platforms so there’s that; I’m selling. I know that all businesses start off small and grow and I can see YaMar becoming something really big in the future. I appreciate them listening to the feedback and acting on it, I appreciate they’re a small business and they are trying to help small sellers as well. I know it has to be frustrating as a company to have so many impatient people that signed up during a soft launch try and rush their sales, but I know that means you all are working out kinks before users start to flow in suddenly. Keep up the good work, I know I’ll enjoy the experience being here early and through beta!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this! We truly appreciate you recognizing what a soft launch is all about; growing, learning, listening, and making improvements alongside our early users.Every piece of feedback we receive helps us build a better Ya’Mar Marketplace, and we’re incredibly grateful to the sellers and buyers who are willing to grow with us from the beginning. We know we have a lot of work ahead of us, but we’re excited about where we’re headed.Thank you for believing in what we’re building, supporting a small business, and most importantly, being part of the Ya’Mar community this early. We hope one day you’ll be able to say, “I was there from the beginning!”
