The GPS is way way more work to be exact point. What kind of give you like across the street or somewhere else your mini one is not prime mini event you’re the minivan. A regular business card is coming which cost time didn’t want to cause you’re a lot or the whole point

I had a great experience with this taxi driver. He was very responsive, arrived right on time, and made the whole ride smooth and stress-free. He was professional, courteous, and reliable. I really appreciated his punctuality and excellent service. I would definitely recommend him and would be happy to ride with him again!

I really like the app and it super is amazing here in Uzbekistan. But Developers, please add “strong smoke odor” to the reasons why the rise was bad. Right now you have “strong odor” but for me that would reference hygiene. But I would love to make the driver aware that the car and then reeking of smoke is not cool and bad customer service. Just saying “strong odor” is too vague. Thank you for your consideration on this matter. Sitting in Yandex now that reeks of smoke and want to give bad rating but drives use nice. If I could tell him through the app that his smoking is causing bad ratings and his car reeks of smoke that would be very helpful

I wanted to order a taxi when i was on vacation, i downloaded the app and tried making an account with my appleid but it just doesn’t log me in so i just decided to take a bus since the app didn’t wanna log me into my account. later the same day i see a charge to my card for $2.6 yet i never ordered anything and today im getting another charge even tho im across the world now which thankfully declined(insufficient funds). please fix your app and refund me my money yandex.

Been using this app for some time and the service continues to get worst. They hire or subcontract to delivery people that doesn’t use any common sense. Practically every order I’ve made this year had some issues. From spilled soup all over my sandwich to brownie, to delivery person contesting where I live and arguing with me because he couldn’t read instructions, to delivery people wanting you to chase them for the delivery (when clearly I’ve ordered delivery to my door) this has happened practically too many times, more than I can count. Unacceptable SLOW customer support who don’t use their brains, and lack of care over their clients. May this company rot and go bankrupt for all the scams you’ve done on your customers.

Apart for so many taxi drivers start their "free tim when they didn't even arrive yet. (Big scam). They also charged for the fee when I was using my Credit Card to upgrade for Yandex Plus and do not pay the delivery fee. That is also an absurd of expensive. Anyway, they charged the fee, charged the credit card and I am not a subscriber of the Yandex Plus. They told me to use a translator when I said I could not communicate qith anyone from the PLUS team. What about the option of hiring English Speakers instead of using the language barrier excuse to take other's people money?
